3. Scope of Data Processing

We process only the data necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this policy, notably identification data, contact details, address information, billing data, order-related information, correspondence content, technical data related to the use of the website (such as IP address, device identifiers, timestamps, browser information) and information collected through cookies or similar technologies.

Data are obtained directly from data subjects via e-mail, telephone or website forms. In specific cases we may use data provided by our business partners or obtained from publicly available registers, where lawful and necessary for a given purpose.

Providing data may be required to enter into and perform a contract, to receive a reply to an enquiry or to comply with legal obligations. In other cases providing data is voluntary, yet the lack of data may prevent us from carrying out certain actions, such as shipping an order or providing feedback.

We retain data only for as long as necessary: correspondence is stored until a matter is completed and for an additional period needed to evidence its course; contractual and accounting data are kept for the term of the contract and for the period required by law; marketing data are processed until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised; recruitment data are stored for the duration of the recruitment process and, if consent is given for future recruitment, until such consent is withdrawn.
